Well the fingers do look a bit skinny compared to the thumb. That's all I can spot.

Well, it looks like you're lacking a wrist. Now I know the bracelet would cover a good part of it yes? But it still looks like a hand that goes straight into arm. I guess Im saying a slight bit more curve.

Also, the fingers are grasping something(the glasses) yes? If you look at your own hand in that position the fingers tend to come down more than that. Like... I'd guess to the middle of the second frame? That look good?

Something about the whole thumb and you know the part that extends down seems off to me, like it may be a bit to....fat? (Im talking about that down extended part to the hand now) The thumb itself seems a bit too square/boxy to me, but that also could be because our thumbs look different. When I try to put my hand in that position and I look at my thumb it has more of a curve to it. Yours may not, but to me it looks a bit wierd.

One last thing, the bracelet one side has that whole curve going for it, but then the left side gets different. So the bracelet looks good except for one little part.

If you want, never done this before, but I've seen it on other sites, I could redline it to show you what I was talking about. :3

Man though, Im envying that shading your doing. And although I know I prolly shouldn't (cause Im againse doing it) I really love how you did the cut scars on the wrist. I would have not been able to figure out how to those, thats for sure. You're really good at reflective surfaces too. Teach me? D:

Sorry if I seemed harsh or something, you asked for Critique, so I did. I really do like this picture your doing, when you're all the way done with it, be sure to show us here on DA too, alright? :3

NICE!!! The chain needs some work and the fingers too, but the concept and stuff is great!!! =D

I think the chain could be bigger, and thicker. And the fingers look a bit small. That's it. But otherwise this looks really cool!
:iconlostnalie16:
i appreciate it a lot
but one person said the wrist seemed to big...but i see what you mean about the arm going right into the hand, lacking an actual wrsit

and your welcome to redline it if you wish

and ya...the bracelet needs a lot of work. its been about 2 weeks in so far on this...taking a couple days off here and there. i just dont know if i want to go change a bunch of anatomy now that i have it all shaded and some highlights done the way i like them. ill have to find out if there is an easy way too

and i was hesitant about the scars, but i also had a good ref for placement, shading, lighting, size, length and what not.

and harsher the better as long as its truth. theres always room to make improvement and i sometimes just cant see mistakes.
:iconlostnalie16:
ya, i noticed that too...i just have to figure out a way to change it without erassing it all and redoing it
:iconlostnalie16:
chain as in the links or the bracelet part of it?
:iconlostnalie16:
ya...i wanted to have small links kinda showing that it would be EASY to break away . you know...frail looking? kinda representing my old self
